Principal’s Message | Mensaje del director
As we move through April, we want to thank our incredible families for your continued support. Our Spring Festival was a huge success, with over 300 family members in attendance—we are so proud of our students for their outstanding work and performances, and deeply grateful to our teachers and staff for the time and energy they poured into making that evening so special.
We also want to recognize our students for taking greater ownership of their learning, especially in arriving to class on time. We’ve seen a significant decrease in tardies, and we truly appreciate their effort and commitment.
In addition, we are incredibly proud of our student-athletes for representing Jefferson with pride all year long. Their sportsmanship, effort, and teamwork have made this a great year for athletics, and they continue to model what it means to be Jaguar Scholars on and off the field.
Our students have done an excellent job with state testing so far—we are 99% complete with ELPAC! As we begin CAASPP Math testing on Monday, we encourage all students to come well-rested, with a fully charged Chromebook, and ready to give their best. Remember, this test is about you—your growth, your knowledge, and your effort. We believe in you.

A medida que avanzamos en el mes de abril, queremos agradecer a nuestras increíbles familias por su continuo apoyo. Nuestro Festival de Primavera fue todo un éxito, con más de 300 miembros de la comunidad en asistencia—estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros estudiantes por su excelente trabajo y presentaciones, y profundamente agradecidos con nuestros maestros y personal por el tiempo y la energía que dedicaron para hacer de esa noche algo tan especial.
También queremos reconocer a nuestros estudiantes por asumir mayor responsabilidad en su aprendizaje, especialmente al llegar a tiempo a sus clases. Hemos visto una reducción significativa en las tardanzas y realmente valoramos su esfuerzo y compromiso.
Además, estamos muy orgullosos de nuestros estudiantes-atletas por representar a Jefferson con orgullo durante todo el año. Su deportividad, esfuerzo y trabajo en equipo han hecho de este un gran año para el atletismo, y continúan demostrando lo que significa ser Jaguar Scholars dentro y fuera del campo.

The EOY dance is open to all students.
